Create an incredible life at a reasonable price!
Living in the big city has its perks, but have you ever thought about what you’re giving up?
Over the years, we’ve heard the reports about rising crime rates, continuous bumper-to-bumper traffic, and exponential real estate prices. So, instead of giving up on your California dream, why not change your zip code?
Southwest Riverside County is known for spacious wine country, clean air, safe neighborhoods and great economic and health care services.
We’ve got great schools, state of the art hospitals, and so much fun and excitement just around the corner! Below you’ll find a description about our three major cities. Golf is a huge draw in the Valley. There are a number of courses to pick from and it is affordable.
Thriving Communities!
Below we’ll introduce you to all three communities so you can see why so many people from the busy city are making the move over to our neck of the woods.
Menifee
With an estimated population of 89,000, Menifee is smaller than the surrounding cities of Temecula and Murrieta, but has a ton to offer!

This quaint town, with lively parks, beautiful scenery, and lots of community pride is a great destination for the long haul.
The city has a complete education system from elementary school all the way to junior college. As for location, if you travel an hour in any direction, you’ll either find sandy beaches, snowy mountains or fun and exciting Palm Springs.
We’ve got a mixture of chain restaurants and specialty shops that are unique to our area!
So grab a bite and take a seat in one of our many parks for an impromptu picnic! But don’t go too far…you won’t want to miss a round of golf at Menifee Lakes Country Club. This dazzling location offers 36-holes of the most scenic hills and fairways stretched across rolling greens, sparkling waterways, and tall trees. Open to the public, you’ll want to play a round and admire one of Ted Robinson’s finest courses.

Temecula
If you’ve heard of Temecula, you probably know of this beautiful city because of the famous vineyards.

But that’s not the only thing this city has to offer.
When you visit, you’ll find tons of recreational and community driven activities to enjoy! If you check out the city’s website, you’ll be able to find a listing of the many art festivals, concerts, and “moonlight movies” the 112,000 residents enjoy!
First, step out into the beautiful, breezy air and play a round at one of the city’s amazing golf courses.
You can choose from Temecula Creek Inn, Redhawk, Bear Creek, The Journey, and several other great courses. Then, check out one of the various festivals going on throughout the year. The city’s got wine festivals (including the renowned Thornton Winery Jazz Series), the Temecula Rod Run Car Show (join the legendary Friday Night Cruise!), and The Temecula Bluegrass Festival (sip on the finest beer and wine as you listen to live bluegrass music).

Murrieta
Named “The Future of Southern of California,” Murrieta has a population of 103,000 and continues to attract tons of people!

The first thing you’ll see is the Murrieta skyline which includes a full mountain range.
Inside the city, you can go for a round of golf on one of our many courses, enjoy some shopping, and get your kids involved in one of the many clubs offered!
The city is also home to Loma Linda University Medical Center, one of the best teaching hospitals in the World.
The public school district and college system will set your kids up for success. But don’t forget to take a break and relax. Town Square offers a beautiful Veterans’ Memorial with an honor garden. And just like Temecula, Murrieta puts on various music, art, and wine festivals, including the Festival of Trees which takes place in December. No matter what you’re interested in, there’s something for everyone to enjoy in Murrieta!
